After weeks of engineering and manufacturing, the equipment still has to make its way to the client. For large structures, this journey requires as much planning as the previous stages.
Load planning
Shipping defines how each part will be positioned on the vehicle, which points will be used for lashing and how to distribute the weight safely. In batches with several units, load organization also affects the number of trips required.
Protection and identification
Painted surfaces and machined areas are protected for transport. Each item is identified, which makes receiving and checking at the destination easier.
When shipping is treated as part of the project, the equipment arrives ready to be used — not to be repaired.
