Growth over time
M&I’s facility in Votorantim, Brazil, has been expanded in stages to keep pace with client demand. New manufacturing areas, handling equipment and cutting technologies were added as projects grew in size and complexity.
Flow from receiving to shipping
The layout of the plant follows the path of the part: preparation, cutting, forming, welding, machining, painting and shipping. As a result, every piece of equipment follows a controlled flow, with inspections along the way.
