From 3D model to paint: the stages of a tool container

When you see a finished tool container, you see an organized metal box. Behind it is a process that starts with a simple question: which tools does the client’s team use, and in what order?

Survey and modeling

The first step is to gather the complete list of tools used in the operation. Then all of them — from the largest to the smallest — are modeled in 3D. With this, engineering defines the internal layout, the position of each item, circulation areas and the securing system.

Structure and manufacturing

Starting from a 20- or 40-foot shipping container, the structure is turned into a technical storage system. The design considers load, transport and lifting, and internal boxes with dedicated slots protect the smaller tools.

Finishing and delivery

Finally come the details that make a difference day to day: a visible item list, a safe walkway and custom paint according to the client. The container arrives in the field ready to be opened and used.
